Why a network, and why now

Half the Caribbean is under thirty. Almost none of the people writing its laws are.

A young member who wins a seat often finds the job lonelier than expected, with few peers who understand it. The network exists to close that gap: to make the room a young parliamentarian walks into one where they are not the only one, and to turn shared experience into a shared agenda for the region’s under-35s.
